how to transfer domain
Dear Experts:
We have domain control and web hosting with the same service provider for the reason this provider was doing web development/design for us, but our management have decided to take out the web developement services from this provider hence to do so iam thinking the below are the steps, please suggest me on the below.
1. I think as a first step we have to move our domain to the different domain service provider.
2. either take the hosting space from the new domain service provider or take the hosting space from some other webhosting service provider point a A record fromt eh domain control panel to this new webhosting service provider.
3. provide the login details of web hosting procured space to the web developer.
please helpe me with the above points and suggest me the best practice for this activity.

1. for the web developer our of company if we share hosting server login would that be sufficient.
2. After getting EPP code or authorization code as a first step I will make the domain transfer to the new domain service provider but still keeping A pointing to the old webhosting server as website should not go down and secondly will discuss with the new webhosting service provider and share the website running plafform dot net and sql server and from here they will help us.
Please suggest me is my above steps are correct if not please suggest the steps , thanks.
