Failed to restore print queue 0x80070709

I am trying to migrate print queue's from one Windows 2008R2 server to another. I have exported the printers using printbrm without failures. When i try to import on the new server I get "Failed to restore print queue <Queue name>. Error 0x80070709

Are both machines 64bit or 32bit ?

The are both Windows 2008 R2 x64, I am looking at the technet article now. Thank you.

This article does not apply, I am not getting the error referenced and have no problem exporting. I am using the same architecture.

This issue was a flaw in microsoft code dealing with the amount of different drivers that can be loaded to a singular system. I destroyed the cluster and went with a vmware cluster with very good results.

I found many articles referencing a bug in the print server manager with these specific issues. I was unable to resolve and unwilling to keep trying.
