Wireless switch recommendation

I have a device that sits outdoor that only has a CAT5 connection, it needs to be able to pick a wireless signal from 200Ft away. So I'm looking for a simple solution (wireless switch? point-to-point wireless connection) that will allow me to plug that unit to a RJ45 port

TunerML, yes, I'm looking for something like this, thank you. Any idea if SOnicwall makes those too? Our firewall is SOnicwaal NSA240
Not too familiar with SonicWALL products so I can't speak to that, sorry.
You can turn about any WRT54G* type router (and others) into an external wireless adapter connected via cat5e by installing DD-WRT on it and using AP Client mode.
Come back and let us know how that works for you. :-)
actually i found that Meraki system we use for some clients have a model that does it's the MR12
