We have a Word document that was sent to us in two files.<br />
Total number of pages - 175.<br />
We have a table of contents with page numbers i, ii, iii, iv.<br />
Then the main document starts with page numbers starting with &quot;1&quot; at the bottom/ center of each page. <br />
The page numbering works great up to page 37 - at which point the second file was cut &amp;&nbsp;pasted below - but the page numbering jumps to 41 &nbsp;- missing 38 - 40.<br />
How can I force the numbering to start with 38?
