Not in Design View, no. &nbsp;PHP needs to be interpreted by a server. &nbsp;HTML and CSS can be rendered by a browser or browser object and a server is not required.<br />

If you have a testing server configured, Live View will render the page like a browser would but you cannot edit in Live View.
