Cisco Unified Communications Time Issue

We have Cisco Unified Communications system version 8.6.1.20000-1. We lost power today and when power was returned. The time on our phones is off by exactly 1 hour. I am not sure where I can look to adjust the time.

Well thats a newer version that we have but it sounds like a time zone issue to me:

Thank you that helped me find the ntp server address was no longer accessible.
