Windows XP, reformated and reinstalled XP and gave back to user. User tried to install OfficeJet L7590 all-in-one
Prints fine but when you try to use the scan button on the all-in-one it will not scan and you get an error message "No Scanner Option"
I tried to reinstall from this download below, full install and I get an error which then trys to resolve with an update from HP. After update and reboot it still will not scan
How can I completely remove this printer off the PC and install from scratch?
I think the install went wrong because the used plugged in the printer with USB before he ran the install and now I'm in a loop.
