I installed Outlook 2007 and it opens two windows for the same program

I have a hosted account where a third party provides the software and handles my domain but when I installed it on the new laptop, it opens two windows as if I opened the program twice. When I close one, both close.

What do I need to do to get only one Outlook 2007 going.

I am on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and using a HP Pavilion laptop.

Whichever window closes both... close the other and see if one then remains.

    Let me rephrase that...
Click the X in the upper right of one of the windows to close that window.
If both close, then reopen, and try again with the opposite window.
I think Outlook is remembering that you had opened two windows.

If you can get it to one Window, and it repeats this still, then try to get to one window again and doing FILE > EXIT Outlook.

Wow, you made that simple. It worked.
