We have a SharePoint scenario, where FBA needs to identify MD5  formatted passwords. and user id and allow to authenticate to SharePoint portal.

We have Oracle application where all the passwords of the users are formatted in to MD5 while storing in to database. we also have a SharePoint Farm internally used for the communication. SharePoint portal is anonymous site. only some applications require to user id and password. we have maintained FBA for this purpose.

As per the company requirement, FBA should identify the oracle user id and password which MD5 formatted. Is it possible? if its, how?

If ever MD5 cannot understand by FBA, how we can convert this MD5 to other clear text or any other format which understand by FBA.
