BAcked up a imovie project how do i restore it

Thanks for that i had a look there and it only shows how to back up, i did that already :) i need to know how to restore on my computer :)

4. Choose Copy Project and Events. (This will copy the video that belongs with your project) You can now work straight from your external hard drive or copy it to another computer to work on.

OK cool, but the issue i am having is getting it working on another comptuer

On the other Mac :
Go to your Project Library.
Drag your Project from your external hard drive to your Project Library.

Mate what file do i drag

when i drag anything i can find there mate it just goes to my first project and its empty

You have the saved project named "?" on your external drive? yes?
On the other new Mac :
Go to your Project Library.
Open that in one window and also the folder containing the saved project named "?" in a separate window.
Then drag it to the saved Project Library

Sorry amte you have lost me, i have a backup of the project which is now in the document folder on my mac book pro
