Recommend for free backup/restore utility for Windows 7
Please recommend list of free windows 7 backup apps that can, beside the standard backup/restores features also:
1. Backup specific files or folder
2. Do a backup of only modified files after last backup
3. Can restore to another folder other than the one saved in
4. Save the list of files selected and also can change it
5. Able to backup hidden files

We are about to download the apps, do Fbackup, Areca and Cobian follow the requirements of:
1. Backup specific files or folder
2. Do a backup of only modified files after last backup
3. Can restore to another folder other than the one saved in
4. Save the list of files selected and also can change it
5. Able to backup hidden files
(we really don't want to test one that doesn't have the and spend time install, readining then uninstall)

Fbackup free version has no modified files backed (Incremental and Differential backup types not available)
couldn't download Cobian Backup latest version 11 "gravity" (http://www.cobiansoft.com/cobianbackup.htm latest version).

jcimarron, Win 7 has given us problems; that is why we started searching for another solution.

Conclusion: both apps Areca and Cobian works perfectly in backups, incrementeal, restore.
However we chose Cobian becuase the backup that it does in in a zip format so if Cobian is no longer avalable, we can unzip the archive.
