I have 2 monitors, one laptop and one extended monitor.
The 2 screens have always the same result.
What i want is, when I run an application, such as Windows Internet Explorer, i can drag it to the another screen.
How can I do that?

You should choose the Extended option in your display card software/driver

This means you have them set up in "cloned" mode.  As liorkr said, change it to "extended" mode.
