Can't log into iMessage with my Apple ID on my iPad, iPhone or Macbook, please help!

Allright, I saw this post, and payed to get the solution, but "check your junkmail folder" didn't really help me.. There's nothing there!

"I got the error message "you were signed out of iMessage because your apple ID or password changed.  Sign in to turn on imessage.  The same error message displays for facetime.   My credentials work fine for the itunes store but not for these two apps.  I tried rebooting the phone and confirming I didn't need a separate account for these apps.  Any thoughts?"

So I get this message, and it says that I have received an email, but I receive nothing... not in my junkmail folders either.... Any idea what I have to do?

I've sen alot of places that the apple ID in facetime, iMessage etc must be exactly the same, but I dont get how to "save" the correct apple ID in the imessage part of the settings?

In imessage, my email is saved with capitol letters, but in facetime, its saved with all lower case letters (and a space before the first letter... does that matter?). So is this the reason why I can't log on?

I have an iPad, and iPhone and a Macbook, all with facetime, iMessage and app stores... are there any more places the apple ID and/or passwords need to match up for me to log in?

Also, this whole thing started when I tried to change my apple-ID email from an old to a newer one, but then I changed my mind and changed it back...

thanks for any tips and answers!
