One of my servers is suddenly out of room.  There is a file called MAListener.log on the c drive that is taken up much of the c drive.  I have no clue what this file is for and how it got there.  In googlying I have found listener.log related to oracle db's.... but this server only has sql.  Can anyone help?  It says it is in use so I can't delete it.  I need to get rid of it!  I don't even know how to categorize this.

Get process monitor
Usng this tool you can determine what process is writing into the file.

What else is there on the server.
If you have support tools install, you can use tail to see what is being added nt the filer download and use baretail.

I found this was a log file a vendor had turned on to track an issue.  It is now turned back off.
