How do I get my MS Office Starter back after factory recover of Windows 7?

How do I get my MS Office Starter back after factory recover of Windows 7?

I just completed a factory reset, and immediately upgraded from Windows 7 Home to Windows 7 Ultimate. Before I did this, after I bought the laptop new in Hong Kong, it came preinstalled with Windows 7 Home and MS Office 2010 Starter. But now, after factory recover and upgrade to Ultimate-edition of the OS I have no MS Office 2010 Starter anymore. So I wonder if there is any way to get it back?

Office Starter is only available as preloaded software on select new PCs.

And, Office 2010 Starter is not on the recovery partition, or recovery disks, and as you found out, it is no longer available for download from Microsoft. It had been for a short period, but no longer.
