How do I get my MS Office Starter back after factory recover of Windows 7?

I just completed a factory reset, and immediately upgraded from Windows 7 Home to Windows 7 Ultimate. Before I did this, after I bought the laptop new in Hong Kong, it came preinstalled with Windows 7 Home and MS Office 2010 Starter. But now, after factory recover and upgrade to Ultimate-edition of the OS I have no MS Office 2010 Starter anymore. So I wonder if there is any way to get it back?

Office Starter is only available as preloaded software on select new PCs.

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/starter/

And, Office 2010 Starter is not on the recovery partition, or recovery disks, and as you found out, it is no longer available for download from Microsoft. It had been for a short period, but no longer.
