HTML Page not displaying french characters properly

This page: does not display the French o correctly (for Cote d'Azur). I have tried some different meta tags, but not found the right one yet!

Can anyone help please?

    Your page is encoded in UTF8 but it informs the browser that it's using another encoding:

    <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-32/UCS-4"/>

    Change this tag to be the following and it should work:

    <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"/>
