I am looking at setting up two domains with two servers. I am wanting to have both domains selectable by each pc. I am wondering what is the best way to set this up. I also wonder how to setup some users with both domains with single ArensteinEdwin?

I'm not sure what you want to acchive but better setup 1 domain with 2 servers.
You should alwys have at least 2 domain controllers per domain in case one breaks.

Basically it's a master company and a sister company.

Still I'd rather create 1 domain and put the 2 companies in 2 different OU's.
The overhead to manage 2 domains isn't worth the advantage.
You would need 4 domain controllers to do this right.
