I have an issue where all computers on the domain are using the correct certificate for both outlook 2010 and owa, they are using a self signed certificate from sbs 2008. I have a server running 2008 r2 configured as a remote desktop server. OWA works perfectly but outlook is using a different certificate cal ios-self-signed-certificate-2771802126. How do i get outlook to use the same certificate as owa.

There are 2 errors
1st one certificate is not trusted in trusted zone in client machine.
to resolve this add this certificate into trusted certificate or use GPO if you have certserv to add

2nd name of certificate is not same as its dns mapped to primary email address domain name.
this may happen if your cerficate name doesnt match with primary email address.

to resolve this make sure name of certificate should try to put in host file of 1 machine IP address resolving to your primary email address like @.com.au
for example  remote.*.@.com.au
if your issue is resolve you should use dns to route this.
