Hosted Linux Web Servers

Im looking for a good service for hosted linux servers.  We have customers who are using a Data repository that requres any flavor of linux with apache webserver.  Now I know I can get servers from amazon and rackspace, just by googeling hosted linux servers.  Im looking for reccomendations as to what service to use and why? Im not a linux guru, any help as to what direction to go in would be helpful.  I would need a decent amount of storage and bandwidth for a good price.

This is common question that every one trying to get dedicated hosting or VPS could ask.

But be sure that every one has an extremely different recommendation and point of view, based on his own experience for the same webHosting company.

As a suggestion, don't try to use any of those cheap offers, instead get one from the top providers, as they provide similar plans and offers and services.

here is a list of top providers with there plans:

for me, HostGator is the best, but as i said, you may find many with bad experience with this one.

Good luck!
