How to find out when WAN1 failed and Wan2 kicked in on Fortinet Firewall 60c

I have recently setup a Fortinet 60c with a secondary ISP connection for failover. I have tested and all worked, however when it kicked in this morning it never kicked back over to main line when it came back up. Is there a way i can check A) when Wan1 failed and B) why it did not kick back over ?

    I am not sure you configured ping server.
