Unable to move file version history in SharePoint 2007?

Hi, I want to move one excel file (Approver.xlsx) with version history (38  versions) from one library to another library within the same site and for that I am using "Manage content and Structure" option but that file is not moving, getting below error:
“An error was encountered performing this operation.
Operation to Move 'Approver.xlsx’ to '/MIS' Failed
No items were moved. Please remove 'Approver.xlsx’ from the selection and retry operation  ”
That file is having 38 versions and in both the source and destination library “Create major and minor (draft) versions”  is enabled.
Actually I am able to move one file from at the same location but that file is having only 5 version.

Kindly help me to resolve the problem ASAP.

Dear ACH1LLES, I will try the tool but i want to know why only that file is not moving.
Is this file specific issue or some thing else?

I dont know.  I was under the impression that using Manage Content Structure would NOT move file versions.  But you are saying that it did, in some cases.
