error message "The remote procedure call failed and did not execute" in explorer.exe

Hi. when I am looking through my folders I, many times, will have the computer freeze at my folder window and then I have to hit the "x" button to get out of it. After that I get the following message box explorer.exe "The remote procedure call failed and did not execute". every time I try to access a folder on the computer. Even the control panel will give a similar error. what can be done to fix this other than rebooting the computer every time.

1- First and easy solution  is to  create a new user and migrate all of the settings and data .

and second is :

 First, Perform a SFC Scan.

Open an elevated command prompt.

To do this, click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.

At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:

SFC /scannow

This will check for any integrity violations and fix any corrupted operating system files.

Then reboot your system.

Second, Download, save, and then install: Malwarebytes anti-malware (MBAM)
 http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/mal…

Click the 'Download free version' button.
Allow MBAM to download it's latest definitions during it's installation.
Preferably in safe mode - repeatedly tap F8 as you boot.

Open MBAM and do a Full / Deep Scan.

After you have used malwarebytes then Download Microsoft Security scanner.

Run Microsoft Security scanner (MSS) for any threat and try to fix them to make sure you have nothing else hiding away.

http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanne…

Preferably in safe mode with networking - repeatedly tap F8 as you boot.

Reboot PC.....

Make sure your lan drivers are up to date.

Type Services.msc into the start menu search box and click that.

Scroll down to "Remote Procedure Call" and make sure the status says "Started". The second "RPC Locator" should be set to "Manual".

Hope This Will Resolves The Issue.
