View NSLog Messages at runtime on Mac

I wrote a framework library for a Mac and my GUI is using that library.  I need to  troubleshoot my program on issues on a mac with not Xcode.
How can I view the NSLog messages logged by my frawework on a mac with no Xcode?

    You can find Console application in the Utilities folder on your Mac.
