Decommission Blackberry Server Express

We no longer use our Blackberry handsets and wish to decommission the BESX server, is there a particular method for doing this as it 'plugs into' our Exchange Server and AD, or do we simply uninstall the software?  We are going to re-install the server and use it as something else, so it's to be totally wiped.

Thanks.

Contains two other links, neither of which work I'm afraid.

Thanks.  I'm aiming to start this late this week, early next so there may be a bit of time before feedback and allocation of points.  Thanks for the pointers.
