Hi all,

On Email Router Configuration manager, I follow the steps as follows:

   1. Create one incoming profile:

              Name: incoming1
              Exchange type: Exchange 2007
              Protocol: Exchange Web Services
              Access Credentials: Other specified

    2. Create one outgoing profile:

              Name: Outgoing1
              Email Server type: SMTP
              Protocol: Windows Authentication
              Access Credentials: Other specified

     3. Create one deployment:

               Deployment: MyCompany
               MS Dynamics CRM Server:
               Access Credentials: Other Specified
               Default Configuration Profiles:
                  - Incoming1
