Google App Email calender consolidation with inhouse exchange 2007

Hi Experts,
My company have another company as their sister concern. Both are running as separate entity, separate network and separate domain altogether.
Few of employees like finance and dev guys seeking responsibilities in both companies and  found difficulties when looking at 2 different mailboxes and calender for accessing emails and meeting.
Mails are not an issue but is there a way thru which i can consolidate/import their calenders from google apps to my exchange 2007 mailboxes ?

My company running inhouse exchange 2007 and that sister concern on google apps.

second article mentioned google app sync which looks best for me but
since i said few users wants to use both exchagne and google app at the same time on MS Outlook, will my exchange communication work post installation of google app sync ?

If you install Google Apps Sync for MS Outlook, the connect to Google Apps will be your Exchange connection.  Outlook only lets you connect to one exchange server at a time.

So, it is best to leave Outlook connected to the Exchange 2007 server and use IMAP for email from Google Apps.  You can run Google Calendar Sync for the calendars: http://support.google.com/calendar/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=89955
