Cisco AnyConnect Freezes Windows XP

Hi All

We jsut installed a bew Cisco AnyConnect VPN client on Windows XP machines (SP3) and we started detecting unusual issues so far.

First machine: It's installed OK and connects fine when the machine is on a network but when we try connecting from wireless (work one and user's home one) it doesn't connect at all.

Second machine: It was working fine for few weeks and today it started freezing the whole machine until we removed it from the system.

Can you please help?

Check for the firewall and see got any blocking through the external network. Does it working fine for other PCs ?? Or you just tried with these 2 PCs ??

What is the spec for this PC ?? I am suspecting this is a old PC where does not have much memory to proceed with the task.

It works fine on company's wireless for other laptops without any issues. Hardware Specs: ** Dell E6220 (i5 core with 4 GB RAM) and Windows XP with SP3 **
And the firewall is fine as it works fine for other laptops within the company and so I don't think there is any blocking through the external network. Also user have old Cisco VPN Client which is working fine without any issues but this going to get disabled by the end of September). So I need some help as we are unable to detect the cause.

They are brand new laptops - Hardware specs - Dell E6220 (i5 core with 4 GB RAM) and Windows XP with SP3 at this stage.

Please help.
