Does an iPad app like this exist? - budgeting

Is there an app that will do the following?
Enter in all your expenses an due dates
It breaks it down for you automatically telling u how much each week u need to put back. An you can pay something off or skip saving per week an it recalculate.
Just curious.  I know a calculator an paper does the trick but kinda wanted an app
