my custom tabs in my facebook are still in 520px, what is happend???

I change the width of my custom tabs to 820px but as you see in the image the page still with the old format (520px)


What I need to do to change the width to the new format???

try a hard refresh: ctrl+F5, or just delete the temperary internet files

I tried that and it doenst work

Also I check the page in other machines and facebook still show the page with the old format
