Can you give the exact message?
It's legimate. I went to that www.geotrust.com. I saw verified by geo trust box at the bottom corner of the page. I clicked it, it opened with Https://... and also it said the identity is confirmed and gave the details of it.

@basraj are you an alternate identity for Change2009 ???

how could you verify the certificate from a picture? ru4.com redirects to  http://www.xplusone.com/

are you ru4.com?

If so then I'd accept it if you were trying to to go ru4.com... otherwise I'd not accept it.

What is the full error message?

Is you ad domain the same as a public domain?
Is I'd started and that is where the prompt is coming from? Are you pushing a desktop image that is based at that URL?

Certificate is legitimate but the site is not a reliable one.

This means that the certificate has indeed come from RU4.com but it is know to be a spamming company and you should not be trusting it.
