I am preparing excellent profesional IT presentation in MS powerpoint 2010 in a small office for briefing my IT senior Managers so I have chosen these topics-:
1. Network diagram of country setup
2. Top IT issues and challenges
3. Support structure
So kindly share with me any relevant IT topics to include this presentation and also if you have power point template/sample for this if you already did a presentation like this .
This is my first IT presentation to my IT director/manager/ and other 30 other peers and colleagues so if you have any useful idea /tip please share it with me

The main purpose for the presentation is to brief head of IT departments and other IT colleagues in different countries about the current IT setup for our country and to give clear picture how things are are and how IT issues are resolved.

If you wanted to you could elaborate on all of it but if its a basic guide then it should be ok.
The email troubleshooting one may need changing. What if it is an email problem on customers premises? It doesn't show what action will be taken. I imagine the action would be to inform the customer IT company/department.
Also, what about Telephone issues? Are you covering that under hardware and Network?

for the email the IT officer provides the needed support and no one else provide support.
for the telephone I forgot and I will add it. this version was first version of the document and I will add other few things so my question was is this can be a support structure ? and what area that I need to add to the support structure document.

Can you give us more information on what you are doing a presentation for?
