Slow printing issue on  Windows 2008 R2 Stan

We are facing slow printing issue on one of the Windows 2008 R2 Stan. server.
Did not find any suspected event on the server, Server is having different -2 model of print queues installed on the server.

We have found spoolss.dll version 6.1.7600.16385

Please help us ASAP..

    Do you have antivirus firewall set on your server. Try disabling that and see if that makes a difference.

    Try also to disable TCP Chimney offload from an ELEVATED CMD by using the following command:

    netsh int tcp set global chimney=disabled

    If this didn't help then disable TCP RSS, again from an ELEVATED CMD, by using the following command:

    netsh int tcp set global RSS=disabled

    Also try from an elevated CMD to run the following command:

    net interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

    TCP Chimney offload  is disabled ..

    Try then disabling the RSS and autotuninglevel.
