Do you have antivirus firewall set on your server. Try disabling that and see if that makes a difference.<br />

Try also to disable TCP Chimney offload from an ELEVATED CMD by using the following command:<br />

netsh int tcp set global chimney=disabled<br />
<br />
If this didn't help then disable TCP RSS, again from an ELEVATED CMD, by using the following command:<br />

netsh int tcp set global RSS=disabled
