IE 7 wont accept cookie warnings permanently

I have IE7 on XP SP3. This question is in regard to the new cookies warning messages you are now seeing a lot on EU sites, where it basically warns you that the site is using cookies and you are then prompted to accept.

When I visit for instance. I accept the cookie warning at the top of the page but after restarting IE the messages reappears and I have to accept it again.

It is not just with this site but any that has this type of cookie warning. Google Chome on the same PC works fine.

Any suggestions

roy_batty--I am just guessing that you may have something which is blocking the acceptance of cookies.
    Like Internet Options|Privacy tab.

And maybe the site has not yet changed its coding to include Version 2 here  .

thanks for the help jcimarron but I have tried everything and nothing seems to be blocked. I never managed to get it working so in the end I just used chrome instead.
