Outlook addresses will not populate

I have a user that when she starts typing  email addresses in outlook they will not show the address so she can just hit enter to populate an address from the address book. I have went as far as reinstalling her OS Windows 7 pro. It still does not work. So I am thinking it has to be a setting on Exchange to do with the users mail box. Let me know if you have any ideas. This is not happening to any other user in our enviroment.

The Outlook cached addresses are stored in an .NK2 file located (Win 7) in
The file is typically named Outlook.nk2

Does the user have this file in her profile path?  If you longon with a different userID and configure Outlook then send a few messages is the file created for that user?

With Outlook closed, Start > Run  and type 'outlook.exe /importnk2' without quotes, when Outlook opens, see if it works now.

There is no outlook.nk2 file in the outlook folder. Auto complete is on and trying the import cmd does not seem to work. If she has a session of outlook open it will populate after she sends that person a messaged. Then upon opening a new session the same email address will not pre populate. It seems it doesnt save any info after the session is closed.
