Access tables data manipulation

I have 10 queries in Access that generate data in to 10 temporary access tables.
My requirement is that data in these 10 tables be manipulated in a certain way to 3 tabs and then exported out in excel format.
Is there any tutorial or guidance available to do this?

What do you mean by "manipulated ... to 3 tabs"? You can certainly Group and Sort data in the tables, and you can generally merge data with queries (if it's related). Or you can always use the temporary tables method, where you build 3 new temporary tables to hold the data in the format you need before exporting.

Is this being done entirely in Access?
