Hi masters, I would like to thank you by help.

I discovered the problem that  was caused the issue  windows inicialization.
When I booted windows 2003 in safemode, It was stoped in the file "acpt"(i don't remember the complete name's file.

I remember that the server was shutdown because we had a problem with AC on CPD, When we turned on the second power supply, the system started normaly.

Thanks

It means DNS Server Configuration is changed in Network Settings.

Please check its properly connected on Network.

Can you check that Primary DNS Server address is Local Static IP Address of Windows 2003 server.

May be due to windows updates or is any application installed before shutdown.

Can you please check with
Unplug the Network cable and restart the server and we will check it gets in.

OR After restart Use F-8 and restore to last Good Known configuration.
