SQL server on Hyper V performance
Hi,
I installed SQL server on Hyper-V VM basically to be be used for datawarehousing
I am trying to look at the perfmon counters and trying to figure out the performance
of this vm. I see a huge number relating to wait stats and not sure what that could be.
We have a full load scheduked at 5 am in ther morning and then an hourly incremental
load.
Attached is the recorded counter values of the VM.
Also i am new to scom 2007 r2 ,i am trying to figure out how i can monitor performance of this VM on scom server ,
Please advise.
Thanks

Thanks for your reply.
This server is primarily used for datawarehousing.
There are five different databases which is getting replicating on this server and
then data gets extracted from these databases with help of stored procs and loaded to DW database .
I have already set a fill factor of 80 on this server.
Should i reduce it further ??
Thanks.
