Win Server 2012 Dynamic Access Control - Folder Permission based on folder names

With the new Dynamic Access Control feature in Windows Server 2012, is it possible to automatically set folder permissions based on it's folder name?

For example, whenever I create a project folder, I want permissions set automatically set for the sub folders

-Project Folder
--Financial Information (Accounting Department)
--Wage & Salary (HR + Accounting Department + Project manager)
--Proposal (Marketing + Project Manager)
--etc (Everyone)

DAC works differently using Claim based permissions, so permissions are not applied to the folder rather you grant the access based on your claim which could be based on department for sure. here is a nice article

A few videos from teched 2012 re dynamic access control
http://channel9.msdn.com/Events/TechEd/NorthAmerica/2012/SIA207
and the technet page http://blogs.technet.com/b/wincat/archive/2012/07/20/diving-deeper-into-windows-server-2012-dynamic-access-control.aspx

It is a very new technology and it will take everyone a while to get up to speed.. too many changes in 2012 that require a lot of re-learning/testing
