Mail... i can not send it to goole users

i do not understand this mail issue.    my server was previously shut down from sending by my ISP..
now after my tech cleaned it all up nice...recipients who use google can not get my mail...

can some please explain this nightmare

You can do several things to start:

1. Ask your ISP if there is continued action against you.
2. Go here:  
and do a blacklist checkt.
3. Go here as well: http://www.dnsbl.info/ to check for blacklisting.
