I create custom labels by going to edit a contact tap on the label (i.e. Home). at the bottom of the list presented to choose a new label is the choice &quot;custom label&quot;. Once you creat a custom label it is available to select for other contacts. So I have created &quot;He&quot; and &quot;She&quot; as custom labels.

With people having so many phone numbers in a household, I have taken to creating custom lables in my Contacts, such as He and She to differentiate husband and wife. However they do not show up in Outlook 2007 with I sync. Is there a solution for this. Alternatively is there a table to cross reference the lables in the IPhone to Outlook?

Some IPhone contact phone numbers don't show up in Outlook
