copy file

Hello,
Please
I wondered if there was a script (.bat or VBS) or powershell to copy a file in the drive "c:" to a liste (.txt) of servers.
indeed
I have one file in my machine.
after run the script, I can find the file on all the servers (list.txt) in the drive "c:" of each server.
Can you please give me any solution?

Yes, those commands would all work on Server 2003.
