We use exchange 2007. I have a user called as Jaya David &nbsp;and &nbsp;i created this user &nbsp;account as jdavid in 2008 AD instead of creating as jda<br />

I went to AD and deleted the &nbsp;Jdavid &nbsp;and recreated as jda and now if i go to the global address list and &nbsp;type Jaya<br />
I can see two Jaya David appearing. so the first Jaya David is the account which i deleted in the AD.<br />
I alos went to exchange and searched for jdavid and it cannot find any account.<br />

So is it possible to delete the first invalid entry in the GAL or is there any way around to remove this entry, because when the staff search for her hame it comes with two same names.<br />
