batch file/script to determine inactive computer for x minutes

We have a web based software we use that does not give us the ability to auto logoff someone when its inactive for a certain amount of minutes. My thought to get around this was to determine inactivity on a computer say after 1 minute and then execute a script. What I can do is have a script delete all browsing data and restart the browser. This would force a logoff.

Is there a script of some sort that can help me accomplish this?
