exchange 2010 relay -anonymous

how to  allow an anonymous relay from the database server. I have to allow the database server to communicate with my exchnage box . where I can create this link

Do you mean users on the Mailbox server to be able to send emails ? If sp they can do that with Send connector and not relay connector.

Please let us know which SQL Server your are using 2005/2008. If anyone of them there is option database mail in SQL server, you will need to create mail profile and set the setting as  per your exchange settings.

Create a new Custom Receive Connector scoped only for the Internal/External IP Address of the Database server and then allow it to relay (read the link below for details):

my database running on the linux box  . linux server should be able to send mail via exchnage box

You then need to use Receive connector and do relay as also mentioned by Alan above check and if that doesnt help let us know.
