Hi,<br />
My online bank has an option in the statement window called &quot;Copy to spreadsheet&quot;. When I hit the button, I get a Save File dialogue box. I name the file and give it a location (file type is shown as Excel spreadsheet). The file is then saved as a plain text file, and I am unable to open it in Excel.<br />

The banks customer service guy tells me that when he does the same on his PC, the 'link' automatically opens Excel and shows the file correctly.<br />

How can I set my system to kick start Excel directly upon clicking the link? (I have also noticed other situations where the Save File dialogue presents itself in stead of just opening the file.)<br />
