MS Office Word 2007 is crashing upon closing the program.

Hi there;

I am under W7 environment and my MS Office Word 2007 is crashing upon closing the program.

1) What to do to diagnose it?
2) What to do to solve it?

    See if Microsoft Works Suite Add-in for Microsoft Word is installed, it would be in add or remove programs.  If it is, remove it and see if the program still crashes.

    Deleting the Data key in its entirety fixed the problem.
