SharePoint 2010 Column Data & Required Fields

How do I remove the "Required Field" element from a column? See the attached.

How do I make “Title”, “Start Time” and “End Time” non-required fields? .

Go to the list, in the ribbon click List - List Settings.  Scroll down a bit and you will see your List Columns.  Click on your desired one to make it required or not.
