Client Software Updates

I have a Windows 2008 domain with all Windows 7 Pro clients. CUrrently I have a WSUS server that takes care of Windows updates but is there a product out there that will take place of WSUS as well as allow me to manage updates to java, adobe, etc?

I am not sure about 3th party SW (if there is limitation for only some of them or not) but you should check Microsoft SCCM

Prior to SCCM, we used Patch Authority Ultimate..
