Hello there,

We have installed Citrix Online Plug-in 13.1 (Citrix Receiver) on PC's across our network. I would like to know what is the process involved when the user from external network (say working from home) need to access Citrix Access Gateway, and his PC does not the required client, I would want to customize WI to automatically detect the client and prompt him to download the version that we are using.

How should I go about this, configuring in WI 5.4?

Please advise.

Thanks and Regards

Through the client deployement option of Web interface; (native client option you will find two check boxes for to perform the client detection at login and upgrade the client)

Please check the first two options . Adding on you can select the next option- when ever client required.
