Looking for sample 16 X 16 icons

I need to make a demo program for a meeting, and need 4 16 X 16 icons.  But any search for icons brings up a single image with hundreds of icons.  I would need to cut out a 16 X 16 area, and I do not have that kind of time.

Any place where I can find free icon files which I can simply download and insert in my program?

Thanks!

not sure about your needs. You can go here:
http://www.iconarchive.com
and type any keyword for an icon, for example Mail, Save or Print
For .net application, the recommendable format is PNG

Microsoft recommends that your icon contain these three sizes:
48 x 48 pixels
32 x 32 pixels
16 x 16 pixels
Each icon should contain these three color depths to support different monitor display settings:
24-bit with 8-bit alpha (Windows 7)
8-bit (256 colors)
4-bit (16 colors)
Having said that if you own some images that are suitable for your program
